Outside the GSB in our pre-function space is a ‘concierge style,’ full service bar for your own private affair; designed with lounge creature comforts and 3 big screen TV's. o Our Gardiner's Bay Junior Ballroom also displays 4 dazzling chandeliers and is perfectly suited for mid-sized social events of 50 -100 ppl. Gardiner’s Bay [as with all our event space] features windows to bring in natural light and simply adds to the unique room ambiance. The dual alcove space contained in both GSB and Gardiner’s Bay rooms and pre-function space adds a special dimension to the guest’s event experience as either an active function space or quiet gathering place for guests, away from the main action of the event. Here too, in the Gardiner’s Bay Pre-function Alcove is a warm and inviting lounge setting with comfy chairs and sofas [without the bar, but with 2 flat-screen TV’s] upon which they are just begging for you to stretch out. o Our 14 seat Peconic Bay Board Room is situated between the GSB and Gardiner’s Bay Rooms in the center of the 7th floor. It features an impressive view of the southern landscape of Long Island .The meeting room will soon include an inset screen, wireless LCD projector and TV monitor. o All event space on the 7th Floor is catering serviced by a full service production staff from both the first floor main kitchen and the 7th floor kitchen pantry, wherein all levels of banquet buffet and high-end bill-of-fare plate-ups are offered. o Large corporate meeting functions can be provided, with classroom set-ups of up to 110 meeting attendees, in GSB.
