Norfolk / Kauri and Cypress Rooms (Grand Ballroom) Located on the ground floor of the Main Tower is the Norfolk, Kauri and Cypress meeting rooms. Together they form the Grand Ballroom with a total area of 485 square metres. All rooms are pillar free with high ceilings. The Norfolk room has impressive chandelier lighting that can be adjusted to create the desired atmosphere. The room features an elevated audio-visual booth and allows for extensive lighting and production requirements. All rooms are served by a pre-function area that can be utilised for meal breaks and exhibitions as required. Phoenix Room On the first mezzanine floor is the spacious Phoenix room with natural light and a balcony overlooking the tropical pool and cascading gardens. The pre-function area provides a private space for delegates to relax or confer during breaks. Waratah Room The Waratah room is the perfect room for your conference dinner or company workshop. Its large undercover balcony overlooks the Gold Tower terrace, pool and spa. Acacia, Banksia, Boronia and Orchid Rooms As their botanical names suggest, the Acacia, Banksia, Boronia and Orchid rooms are well lit venues with floor to ceiling windows. The Acacia room is the largest of the four and is perfect for a medium-sized company meeting. The Banksia, Boronia and Orchid rooms are stylish board and breakout rooms. Cristels and Monaco Room With floor to ceiling windows overlooking tropical gardens, Cristels and Monaco rooms create the perfect atmosphere for dinners, cocktail receptions, informal breakouts and meetings. The Monaco room also features its own private adjoining Karaoke room.
